How do I get paid and how long does it take?
All partners connect their bank account securely to Stripe for PCI Compliant payments. Payouts happen within 24-48 hours of receiving funds. Instant payouts are also available.

What if I run into an issue using the software?
As a Vally partner, you'll be given account reps that you can contact at any time. We understand your business isn't a 9-5, but we'll be there any time you need us.
Is the Google Calendar Sync actually instant?
Yes, anything you change is instant. The information will always be accurate whether you prefer using your Google Calendar app or Vally's calendar.
Can I collect final payments and add gratuities?
Yes, final payment collection and any extra charges can easily be collected through Vally, or marked off as an off-platform payment so you know there aren't outstanding charges due.
How easy is it to modify a trip on Vally?
Super simple! With a few clicks, everything is saved, and calendar events are updated. Notifications are automatically emailed to customers and any team members assigned to the booking.
What if a customer cancels their trip?
All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are easily managed on the platform.

How much does Vally Edge cost?
Vally Edge prices are all based on the size and scope of your business's digital needs. We cater every build uniquely to each operation. Contact us and let's talk about your goals.
Do you have website integrations?
Your new Edge Website is built on WordPress and can integrate with anything you need. Each site comes standard with Google and Mailchimp integrations.
What about my existing SEO links and rankings?
Maintaining the existing integrity of your marketing efforts is incredibly important. We do not want to lose any previous investments you have made in growing your business. Our team thoroughly reviews your existing rankings, urls, keywords, and copy during the migration process to ensure you're targeting the best opportunities.
If we determine that we may need to update the URL structure for better results, we will 301 redirect your old URLs to ensure that any rankings and links are not lost once we go live.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most Edge website builds are done within 5-7 days, but the time of a build can vary greatly based on how many pages and posts you have.
Will my existing website go down during the build?
No! We build on a staging server, so your existing site will continue to work for you while we create your new Edge website. Once we're done with the build, we send you a link to review. Pending any changes, we point your domain over to your new site, and we're live!
What if I have products I sell?

What if my website has a lot of blog posts and pages?

What if I want to change the theme of my website?

Do you offer refunds?
If we have not started the project, we can offer a refund for your website. Projects that have started work are subject to approval by our team based on the scope of work done by the time of the refund request. Contact us, and let's chat about why you may feel an Edge website isn't a good fit.
