Protecting your private information is a strong priority of Vally.
The following explains how Vally uses, collects, shares, and/or processes personal information to operate the platform. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Vally include vallypro.com and any other digital properties associated with Vally, and governs data collection and usage. Vally provides a business management software and payment processing platform that enables providers to more effectively run their businesses. By using the Vally website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the processing of personal information that your customers submit while making their bookings through the integrated Vally lightframe on your website or a third party website. For such processing, you are responsible for, and must be able to demonstrate compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better support you, Vally may collect personally identifiable information when you fill out a form or interact with the software, such as your:
Account and contact information, such as full name, business addresses, business email addresses, business phone number and Vally account details.
Communication information, such as business contact details and content of correspondence and data exchanged with you by telephone, chat or other means of communication;
Geolocation information, such as city, state, province and country.
Contract information, such as information on Vally’s terms of agreement, and the service (to be) provided;
Financial information, such as bank details, bank account information, bills and invoices, tax ID number and other data necessary for payment and invoicing purposes;
Verification details, such as a copy of company registration documents or other relevant information to verify the authenticity of your company (when applicable). This may also include proof-of-licenses or tax information.
Other information necessarily processed in business relationships or voluntarily provided by you.
Vally may collect information pertaining to you when you choose to visit Vally’s website or use services provided by Vally. This information will typically include:

- Device operating system

- Time of usage

- Browsing history
- User ID
- The type of data viewed
Vally will collect billing and credit card information if you (the customer) purchase any services provided through the Vally platform. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Vally may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, and race.
Please keep in mind that information may be collected and used by others if you directly disclose personal information or personally sensitive data through your public Vally profile.
Vally does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to Vally when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by Vally or one of Vally’s partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending Vally an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when purchasing services and associated products. Vally will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services offered by Vally’s providers. Vally also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
Vally collects and uses your personal information to operate and help providers deliver the services you have requested. This allows providers to complete the contractual obligations that they have when you book the service.
Vally will also store your personal information for customer service purposes. If anything arises before, throughout, or after the contractual obligations are completed, you may contact [email protected] to allow Vally to respond to your remarks.
When it is necessary for you to have an account associated with Vally, Vally will use the account-related information for the purposes of administering and maintaining the Vally account, allowing you to manage your reservations.
Vally may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of services and associated products available from Vally and its affiliates.
Security, fraud detection and prevention: Vally may use personal information, in order to investigate, prevent, and detect fraud and other illegal acts to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the websites, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business. This helps to ensure that you can safely use Vally’s Services.
Call monitoring: during calls with Vally’s customer service team, live listening might be carried out or calls might be recorded for quality control and training purposes. These recordings may also be used for the handling of complaints, legal claims and fraud detection purposes. If a call is recorded, each recording is kept for a limited amount of time before being automatically deleted. This is unless Vally has determined that it’s necessary to keep the recording, such as fraud investigation, compliance, or legal purposes.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Vally will not sell, rent or lease customer data, lists, or any collected information to third parties.
Vally may contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Vally may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Vally, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Vally may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Vally or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Vally; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Vally, or the public.
Vally’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Vally may keep track of the websites and pages that users visit within Vally, in order to determine what Vally services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Vally to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Vally. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Vally website.

Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, Vally will:
Delete your personal information from Vally’s records; and
Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that Vally may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

People Under Eighteen
Vally does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from people under the age of eighteen (18). Vally will delete any associated information if it becomes clear information from someone under the age of eighteen was collected and stored. Individuals under the age of 18 should not use Vally’s software to book the providers that utilize Vally’s platform.
E-mail Communications
From time to time, Vally may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve Vally’s Services, you may receive a notification when you open an email from Vally or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Vally, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.
In the absence of a UNSUBSCRIBE button, you can email [email protected] and request to have your email removed from Vally’s marketing and/or promotional communications lists.
Changes to this Statement
Vally reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Vally will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on Vally’s website, and/or by updating any privacy information.
